Chengdu Metro Line 1

 

As the first subway line in western China, Chengdu metro line 1 is constructed like letter ‘Y’, encompassing 35 stations and covering 41 kilometers (25 miles). Extending in the south-north direction, its main line connects Weijianian and Science City and branch line runs between Sihe and Wugensong.

Chengdu subway line 1 passes North Railway Station, South Railway Station, Xinnanmen Bus Station and some popular scenic spots in Chengdu, such as Chunxi Road, Jinli Street, Tianfu Square, Wenshu Monastery, Chengdu Museum, Sichuan Science and Technology Museum. Passengers have easy access to Western China International Expo City, Xinglong Lake and Science City.
